Come & enjoy non-anesthetic dog teeth cleaning services delivered by the exceptional team at K9 Gentle Dental.

Each appointment takes 40-60 minutes. Owners can stay and watch from a distance if they like, but generally, dogs are calmer and less stressed when owners aren't present.

More than 99% of dogs will allow K9 Gentle Dental to clean their teeth without issues, cleanings will be attempted even on aggressive dogs. However, if they cannot proceed, then there will be no charge.

Small dogs will be swaddled to help make them feel more secured and work in pairs for the larger dogs.

All the teeth will be hand-scaled including the very back molars, the insides of the teeth, and then polish the teeth.

Natural products like colloidal silver as well as a flavourless and fluoride free prophy polish are used.

The price of $240.45 is a set fee for ALL dogs. A deposit of $31.50 is mandatory to secure your appointment.

There are no refunds for deposits if customers cancel on the day of the event. K9's policy for cancellations is 24 hours in advance but they are flexible.

If a dog has less than 15 teeth, K9 Gentle Dental team will provide a discounted rate that will be determined by them.

A dental chart will be provided to customers if there is anything in the dog's mouth that K9 would like for you to keep an eye on or have your vet inspect. This will be included in the digital report card alongside a legend so that customers can identify the issues in a clean and concise manner.

There will be a detailed report card for each dog with notes from the appointment, suggestions for home care, and recommendations for your dog's next cleaning date.

Due to the nature of K9's work, it is very important that customers pick up their dogs at the predetermined time that is advised during the drop off stage. There will be a $50.00 late pick-up fee if customers are 11+ minutes late.

A waiver will be emailed to customers to fill out digitally or online. K9 cannot clean or assess a dog without a signed waiver, physically or digitally.

If your dog has any health concerns, you may still proceed with booking. However, it is required that you call K9 Gentle Dental to discuss these issues in advance.
