1. Refund & Return Policy
All our food products are carefully prepared to ensure best possible customer experience. Due to the perishable nature of these craft-roasted specialties, beverages, baked goods and in compliance with Health Canada’s regulations, we cannot accept returns on any coffee or food purchases. If it is due to our error or product damage on packaged coffee items, please contact us at info@milkandhoneysolutions.ca. We will be more than happy to assist you.
Order & Processing Time
All stock coffee products, excluding customized items, will be shipped in 2 business days upon receiving payment and orders.
On customized items, after placing order and completing payments, send your information to info@milkandhoneysolutions.ca. The artwork or proof will be sent to your email to confirm. Once the approval is received, the final products will be shipped out in 3-5 business days.
When you order from our online store, you’ll choose a delivery method at checkout. Your choice affects how long it takes for your order to be delivered. We offer Canada Post, specified international shippers and also Greater Vancouver pick-ups. Please click on “Contact Us” for pick-up time and locations.
All packages are shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Shipping time will vary depending where you live and also the delivery method.
Note: Delivery is unavailable to PO boxes and delivery options vary by region.
2. Rental Rules & Policy
Our lounge and rooms are used for most business and private meetings, gatherings, events, and activities, with the exclusions and restrictions listed below. If your reservations violate these limitations, we retain the right to cancel them, and eject any person or persons that are not in adherence to any policy set forth. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
– No religious events, activities, ceremonies, music concerts, or programs other than Christian ones.
– Alcohol-related events and alcohol consumption are prohibited.
– Pornographic content and associated behaviors are prohibited.
– Gambling, drug use, and illegal dealings are prohibited.
– No Halloween parties.
– No outside foods and drinks are permitted except those ordered from Milk + Honey Mother’s Kitchen.
– Decorations that attach to walls, floors, or ceilings are prohibited.
– Noise levels must be kept at low.
– Open flames and candles without holders are prohibited.
– Gas and propane equipment is prohibited.
– A damage deposit is often required when renting our Father’s lounge, and this will be discussed at the time of booking.
– Pets are allowed in Father’s lounge and rooms as long as they follow our pet rules.
3. Cancellation Policy
Lounge/Rooms/Paid Activities & Events Cancellation:
Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours before the reservation. A 5% service charge of the scheduled amount will be charged and the money will be refunded to your original method of payment. After 24 hours, refunds will not be processed and cancellation will not be available as an option.
Membership Cancellation:
Memberships can be cancelled at anytime, however there will be a 5% deduction from the refund.
4. Pet Rules
Pet owners take full responsibility for their pet while staying on the premise and will be in control of their pet at all times.
As per City of Richmond pets requirements, all pets are to be either on-leash or in a carrier during the stay.
Pet owners are required to minimize the noise made by their pets.
If pets make any incidents, owners are required to clean up right away with provided cleaning supplies.
For dogs who have marking behaviours, diapers are advised to be used and can be purchased from us at the front desk. In the event of an incident, pet owners must clean up after their animals promptly and thoroughly using the provided pet cleaning supplies
Pet owners are liable for any damages their pets may cause to Milk + Honey Father’s House furnishings or belongings.
Milk + Honey Father’s House has the right to ask pet owners and their animals to leave the premises if the animals are acting aggressively toward people or other animals and the owners are unable to control them. Pet owners must follow the guidelines and comply with staff requests to depart.
