1. 退款与退货政策
All our food products are carefully prepared to ensure best possible customer experience. Due to the perishable nature of these craft-roasted specialties, beverages, baked goods and in compliance with Health Canada’s regulations, we cannot accept returns on any coffee or food purchases. If it is due to our error or product damage on packaged coffee items, please contact us at in**@*******************ns.ca. We will be more than happy to assist you.
订单及处理时间
除定制产品外，所有现货咖啡产品将在收到付款和订单后两个工作日内发货。
On customized items, after placing order and completing payments, send your information to in**@*******************ns.ca. The artwork or proof will be sent to your email to confirm. Once the approval is received, the final products will be shipped out in 3-5 business days.

2. 场地租用规则与政策
我们的贵宾厅及会议室主要用于各类商务和私人会议、聚会、活动等，但以下列出的限制和例外除外。如您的预订违反相关规定，我们保留取消预订及驱逐不遵守政策人员的权利。感谢您的理解与配合。
Religious Use: Only Christian religious events, activities, and ceremonies are permitted.
Alcohol Policy: The consumption of alcohol is prohibited for guests using the lounge and rooms. However, moderate alcohol consumption may be permitted for large functions with prior approval.
Content Restrictions: Pornographic content and associated behavior are not allowed under any circumstances.
Illegal Activities: Gambling, drug use, and any form of illegal dealings are strictly prohibited.
Event Restrictions: Halloween parties are not permitted.
Food and Beverage Policy:
– Outside food and drinks are not permitted for individual stays or room use, except items ordered from Milk + Honey Mother’s Kitchen.
– Outside catering may be allowed for large, private events with prior approval.
Noise & Decorations:
— 禁止在墙面、地面或天花板上粘贴装饰物。
– During regular office hours, guests using the lounge or rooms are kindly asked to keep noise levels low out of respect for others in the building.
Open Flames & equipment Use:
— 禁止使用明火和无烛台的蜡烛。
— 禁止使用燃气和丙烷设备。
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is often required when renting our Father’s lounge, and this will be discussed at the time of booking.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in Father’s lounge and rooms as long as they follow our pet rules.
3. 取消政策
贵宾厅
租金的50%不可退还。取消预订必须在预约日期前至少两周通过电子邮件提交，方可获得50%的退款。若在预约日期前两周内取消，将不予退款。
会议室
确认租用房间时需全额付款。取消预订必须在预约日期前至少72小时通过电子邮件提交，方可获得退款。退款金额将扣除5%的服务费，余额将退回至您的原付款方式。若在预约日期前72小时内取消，将不予退款。
收费活动与活动：
预订必须在预约时间前72小时通过电子邮件取消。退款金额将扣除5%的服务费，余额将退回至您的原付款方式。超过72小时取消期限后，将不予退款且无法取消预订。
会员费用：
会员资格可以随时取消，但退款时将扣除5%的费用。
4. 宠物规则
宠物主人在场所内对其宠物负全责，并须始终控制宠物的行为。
根据列治文市的宠物规定，所有宠物在场所内活动时必须拴绳或置于携带箱内。
宠物主人需尽量减少宠物发出的噪音。
如宠物造成任何情况，宠物主人须立即使用提供的清洁用品进行清理。
对于有标记行为的狗狗，建议使用尿布，尿布可在前台购买。如发生意外，宠物主人必须使用提供的清洁用品及时且彻底地清理宠物的排泄物。
宠物主人需对其宠物对 Milk + Honey 爸爸的家家具或财物造成的任何损坏承担责任。
如果宠物对人或其他动物表现出攻击性行为，且主人无法控制，Milk + Honey 爸爸的家有权要求宠物主人及其宠物离开场所。宠物主人必须遵守相关规定，配合工作人员的要求离开。
